This "chapter" is especially for those who are just getting started. I will walk you through the stages of setting up a writing career, from making the choice to choosing your genre to figuring out when to write. You'll learn how to start your career professionally and prepare to start collecting rejection slips. (You aren't a real writer until you get your first rejection slip!) The habits you establish and the decisions you make will eventually lead you to your first acceptance letter as well. After all, that is the eventual goal for most of us.
